We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operating in the financial technology and commercial real estate lending space. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth through performance marketing, full-funnel optimization, and highly autonomous execution.

Your Mission

You will own and execute the growth marketing strategy end to end — from paid acquisition to demo booking. You will operate as a key growth driver within a lean team, building, testing, and scaling initiatives through data, continuous experimentation, and intensive use of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end funnel ownership: Own performance across the entire funnel, from ad impression to demo booking, ensuring a cohesive and optimized experience at every stage.

  • Paid media planning and execution: Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads (required) and Google Ads (strong plus), managing meaningful monthly budgets with a clear focus on ROI.

  • Sales-assisted funnel optimization: Continuously improve sales-assisted funnels (non-PLG), focusing on demo booking rates, lead quality, and buying intent.

  • Continuous growth experimentation: Lead experimentation across audiences, messaging, creatives, channels, and formats, making data-driven decisions based on measurable results.

  • AI-driven execution: Actively integrate artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and others) into daily workflows to accelerate execution, analysis, and ideation.

  • Metrics analysis and CAC optimization: Monitor and analyze full-funnel performance metrics, with a strong focus on CAC optimization and documented, data-backed improvements.

  • HubSpot and paid media data ownership: Own data quality, reporting, and visibility within HubSpot and advertising platforms to support informed decision-making.

  • Copywriting and creative direction: Write advertising copy and lead creative direction independently, without reliance on a dedicated design team.

  • Full autonomy and execution ownership: Operate independently in an environment without predefined structure or a marketing team, prioritizing initiatives, solving problems, and executing without constant supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS

  • Proven experience managing significant monthly paid media budgets (Meta Ads required)

  • Strong ownership mindset with high autonomy and problem-solving ability

  • Demonstrated ability to optimize CAC with real, measurable results

  • Strong command of HubSpot and advertising platforms

  • AI-native profile, actively using AI tools in daily marketing execution

  • Advanced English (spoken and written)

Preferred

  • Experience in fintech, lending, real estate, or financial services

  • Exposure to non-digital acquisition channels

  • SEO awareness and understanding of its role within a broader growth strategy
