  • Deliver customized training sessions on Gemini Enterprise, from fundamentals to advanced AI agent development
  • Guide users through structured learning programs and hands-on labs using Google Skills Boost, and support the GEAR program
  • Train users on Intelligent Enterprise Search configuration, data connector setup, and AI workflow optimization
  • Educate teams on enterprise security and governance (DLP, IAM, VPC Service Controls) and provide post-training adoption support

Gemini Enterprise Consultant – User Training Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Rate: Open & Flexible

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customized training sessions on Gemini Enterprise, from fundamentals to advanced AI agent development
  • Guide users through structured learning programs and hands-on labs using Google Skills Boost
  • Support the GEAR (Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready) program and guide lab access and credits
  • Train users on Intelligent Enterprise Search configuration and data connector setup
  • Coach teams on AI agent development, including:
    • No-code agents
    • Agent instructions configuration
    • Multi-agent orchestration
  • Demonstrate best practices for data integration and grounding with:
    • Google Drive
    • BigQuery
    • SharePoint
    • Salesforce
  • Conduct sessions on prompt engineering and advanced AI workflows
  • Train users on NotebookLM and master notebook creation for research and analysis
  • Educate teams on enterprise security and governance, including:
    • DLP rules
    • IAM role management
    • VPC Service Controls
  • Facilitate sandbox projects in Google Cloud environments
  • Provide post-training support, troubleshooting, and adoption guidance
  • Help organizations identify AI use cases and scale Gemini Enterprise solutions

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • Experience in enterprise software consulting, training, or AI platform enablement
  • Strong understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and data connectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering technical training to business and engineering teams
  • Understanding of enterprise security and governance models
  • Ability to lead workshops and hands-on labs
