Job description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for an AML Business Analyst – Bridger Insight XG & Unit21 for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Lead business requirements, user stories, and process definition for AML sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and investigations initiatives.
Work hands-on with LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG to support customer and payment screening workflows, alert dispositioning, and audit ready controls.
Support Unit21 implementation and optimization for alert triage, case management, investigations, and SAR/STR readiness.
Partner with Compliance, AML Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to translate regulatory and operational needs into clear functional requirements.
Define data mappings, validation rules, and source to target requirements across upstream and downstream AML systems (SQL preferred).
Lead UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect management, and business sign off.
Operate in an Agile delivery model, managing backlog grooming, Jira stories, and sprint collaboration.
