  • Analyze brand, customer metrics (NPS, CES) and market data; translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Manage customer event activations with partners (e.g., health fairs) and monitor KPIs/ROI to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Advertising, Social/Digital Marketing, External Communications, Sales, PDM) while ensuring GDPR and insurance compliance

What you will do:

This role combines customer and market data analysis with the execution of targeted marketing activations. The goal is to leverage insights to enhance customer experience and contribute to NN Hellas’ growth.

Your day-to-day:

  • Liaise with NN Group regarding surveys and alignment on methodology
  • Collaborate with the local market research agency to support survey needs for the Greek organization
  • Analyze brand, customer (NPS, CES) and market data
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Manage customer event activations in collaboration with partners (e.g., health fairs)
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions such as Advertising, social media, Digital Marketing, External & Customer Communications
  • Work closely with other departments (Sales, PDM, etc.) to support their research needs
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and insurance regulations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Consumer Insights (experience in insurance or financial services is not required)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
