Product Configurator / Functional Analyst

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. 

We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group

We are looking for an experienced Product Configurator / Functional Analyst to join our team!

What is the purpose/mission of the position?

The purpose of the position is to be the expert that configures and implements new product or modifications regarding existing products in our back-end systems. He/She will work extensively with technical and product colleagues to maintain an optimal data structure in our systems, also PC should be investigating competitors behaviors in terms of products or services.

What you are going to do?

• Develop, maintain, and configure in our system all products, product features and business rules regarding products for our customer proposition with a multi-country usability perspective.

• Product system structure ownership considering company, stakeholders, and customers perspectives

• Product monitoring and improvement in INSIS

• Understands very well insurance products and its challenges in digital time

• Understands relation and implication between the various models

• Support and collaborate with other BU’s or partners product teams.

• Understands and advices of usage of the system and maintain a simple structure within the system.

• Investigate and discover market trends in terms of new coverages, services, and best practices regarding products

  development.

• Business knowledge in terms of products and sales strategy to apply them in the product development/configuration

  part.

What are the skills that we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree, Master of science, completed studies in business administration or IT

• Business processes configuration

• Database knowledge (SQL/Oracle)

• Have 5+ years hands-on experience in similar roles.

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).

• Good in analytical thinking for translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
