As our Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing financial transactions, recording invoices, reconciling accounts, and forecasting cash flow. You'll also assist the finance team with ongoing projects and employee reimbursement processes both domestically and abroad.

Your mission will be:

• End-to-end bookkeeping (AP, reconciliations, journal entries).
• Lead monthly closing processes and prepare Balance Sheet & P&L. 
• Manage provision, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, cash flow, intercompany.
• Work in a multi-currency environment.
• Ongoing tax and statutory reporting (VAT, withholdings, balances)
• Payroll backup: ability to run payroll, review calculations & statutory reporting.

Requirements

Mission toolbox for success:

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 3)
• 7+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Priority ERP experience
• Practical payroll experience – Advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• High-level English
• Michpal (payroll), TAS, DOKKA – Advantage
