Aviron is right for you if
- You’re looking for a role that prioritizes personal and professional growth
- You're looking for a relatively flat organization with friendly people that values merit (i.e. good work)
- You're self-motivated and produce amazing work
- You’re not down with office politics
- You want to own your work, start to finish
- You want to be provided with ample support and resources (i.e. budget) to complete said work
- You are looking to make an impact and see your work drive growth
About the Role:
Aviron is looking for a resourceful, self-starting generalist to join our marketing team and work across the full mix - from influencer and affiliate partnerships to email marketing, organic social, content, and campaign execution.
This isn't a role where you own one channel and hand everything else off. You'll work across all of it, owning your projects end-to-end on a small team where versatility matters more than specialization. You don't need to be an expert in every area - but you need to be excited to learn, willing to figure things out (AI tools are your friend here), and genuinely motivated by the challenge of marketing a product people love.
Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the CRO, Performance Marketing Lead and Marketing Manager, you'll be expected to manage your own work, use data to track what's working, and communicate your results clearly. If you're the kind of marketer who'd rather have a wider scope than a narrow lane, this is the role.
Responsibilities:
Your areas of ownership will include: affiliate, influencer and PR
Your areas of collaboration will include: Organic social, brand partnerships, email marketing and web
- Develop and execute partnership strategies across influencer, affiliate, earned PR, and brand collaborations, aligned with broader growth and brand objectives
- Own and scale influencer and affiliate programs as performance channels, with accountability to revenue, CAC, and partner ROI
- Source, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships end-to-end - from prospecting and contract negotiation through onboarding, activation, performance monitoring, renewal, and re-engagement
- Manage reporting frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs across partnerships and broader marketing efforts; present regular updates to senior leadership
- Analyze performance data using attribution and affiliate tools, translating insights into actionable optimizations and renewal strategies
- Manage budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, internal documentation, and cost management across your areas of ownership
- Contribute to organic social media and content strategy - planning, creating, and posting across channels
- Support on marketing copy for channels and business objectives that you’re working on (ie. end to end ownership of projects)
- Support SEO and AEO content and discoverability strategy through support across blog development, LinkedIn, influencer content distribution, and press highlight updates
- Manage external PR and affiliate agencies, overseeing campaign execution and ongoing optimization
- Oversee the VIP product seeding process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding
- Support email marketing efforts including campaign execution, flow builds, and performance analysis
- Leverage AI tools to move faster, fill gaps, and produce higher-quality work independently
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Ability to project manage multiple detail-oriented assignments while keeping sight of overarching objectives
- Affiliate experience including implementing, and scaling affiliate programs
- Strong understanding of social media fundamentals on YouTube and Instagram. Linkedin and TikTok a plus
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing tools like Excel, GA4 and a knack for defining goals and tracking performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, including creators, agencies, and managers
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and ownership and a desire to work in a fast-moving company with high expectations
- Tech start-up experience is preferred
