The Role: Marketing and Design Coordinator

The Marketing and Design Coordinator will play a key role in producing creative assets, coordinating marketing projects, and supporting execution across digital, print, and events. This role blends hands-on design with strong coordination and project ownership. It's ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional eager to develop broader marketing experience in a supportive and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring 2–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or creative coordination
  • Design and produce digital and print marketing assets using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Figma
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of event merchandise and collateral with internal and external teams
  • Build and update WordPress landing pages and web content
  • Use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) for presentations, reporting, and documentation
  • Support marketing operations and campaign tracking; familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus

About You

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or design
  • Proficient in InDesign, Canva, WordPress, and MS Office tools
  • Highly organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and eager to grow within a broader marketing function
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or similar platforms is advantageous
  • Previous agency experience is a plus
