We are looking for an Expense Buyer to support sourcing and purchasing activities across indirect spend categories. In this role, you will help deliver savings, manage supplier relationships, and ensure smooth purchasing operations aligned with business needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the central P2P team to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timely issue resolution. This position offers exposure to regional sourcing initiatives within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual sourcing plan, including tracking savings, cost avoidance, and value-added initiatives
• Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for expense categories in line with business requirements
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve best value and service levels
• Identify and mitigate sourcing and supplier-related risks
• Support global and regional sourcing programs and assist with local execution within the cluster
• Act as a key contact for the central P2P team in Warsaw to resolve supplier queries and payment issues
• Ensure compliance with contracting standards through participation in the Strategic Sourcing Audit process
• Support additional purchasing and sourcing projects based on business needs

Requirements

• Background in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or a related commercial role
• Good negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with cost data and reports
• Understanding of purchasing processes, contracts, and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support regional and global teams
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with procurement systems is an advantage
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
