  • Monitor budget pacing across paid social and display/video; flag discrepancies; coordinate with Analytics/Reporting Specialist; use Adobe Analytics and Tableau dashboards to inform decisions
  • Drive optimization through A/B testing of creative, targeting, and bidding; stay current with platform updates and collaborate with external agencies and the US-based team

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Media Campaign Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead the setup, execution, and day-to-day management of paid social and display / video campaigns. This role is the primary owner of campaign activation across paid social platforms (including Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok and other emerging channels) and Google Ads non-search campaigns (Display and Video). You will work in close partnership with the Digital Media Analytics & Reporting Specialist to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly, creative assets are in order, and performance optimizations are implemented swiftly. This role is based in India and collaborates daily with the US-based media team.

Paid Social Campaign Activation

  • Own the end-to-end setup, trafficking, and daily management of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social channels.

  • Launch and manage campaign structures including ad sets, targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

  • Monitor paid social campaigns continuously to ensure proper pacing against budgets, flight dates, and KPIs, making real-time adjustments as needed.

  • Organize and manage creative assets for paid social—ensuring all formats (static, video, carousel, story ads) are received, spec-compliant, and delivered to platforms on time.

  • Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to address asset-related needs and ensure timely turnarounds.

  • Implement audience targeting, remarketing lists, and lookalike audience strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
     

Google Ads – Display & Video Campaign Management

  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Display and Video (non-search), including Google Display Network (GDN), YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.

  • Configure targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and creatives within Google Ads to align with campaign objectives.

  • Monitor performance against key metrics (impressions, clicks, site visit rate, conversions) and adjust campaigns to meet goals.

  • Upload and manage creative assets within Google Ads, ensuring all display and video assets meet platform specifications.
     

Budget Pacing & Spend Monitoring

  • Monitor daily and weekly budget pacing across paid social and display/video campaigns to ensure spend aligns with approved media plans.

  • Flag pacing discrepancies (over-delivery or under-delivery) promptly and coordinate with the Analytics & Reporting Specialist to reconcile against planned spend.

  • Communicate budget status updates to the US-based media team on a regular cadence.

  • Reference Adobe Analytics and Tableau dashboards (maintained by the Analytics & Reporting Specialist) to contextualize spend pacing against performance outcomes.
     

Optimization & Performance

  • Implement campaign optimizations to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations.

  • Conduct routine A/B testing on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices across paid social and Google Ads to proactively suggest improvements.
     

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with the Digital Media Analytics & Reporting Specialist daily to align on campaign status, pacing, and optimization priorities.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, creative teams, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.

  • Participate in regular check-ins with the US-based media team to report on campaign status and upcoming activations.

  • Use Adobe Analytics and Tableau reporting outputs to inform day-to-day campaign decisions.
     

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media campaign management with a strong emphasis on paid social.

  • Direct, platform-level experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, specifically Display and Video campaign types (non-search).

  • Experience working with or alongside analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
     

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms and campaign mechanics, including audience targeting, bidding, creative specs, and pacing.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads Display & Video, including GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaign types.

  • Ability to interpret performance data from Adobe Analytics and Tableau dashboards to inform campaign decisions.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working across time zones in coordination with a US-based team.
     

Communication

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with US-based teams, external agencies, and vendors.

  • Ability to clearly communicate campaign status, pacing issues, and execution updates to stakeholders.
     

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
