Job Description:

Runbook Documentation
• Create and maintain runbooks for operational processes and service workflows
Document troubleshooting procedures and operational tasks
Operational Knowledge Capture
• Work with technical teams to gather information about operational practices
Translate technical input into clear and usable documentation
Knowledge Base Updates
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and operational documentation
Ensure documentation reflects current service configurations and procedures
Documentation Organization
• Ensure documentation follows established templates and standards
Assist in organizing documentation within knowledge management platforms
Continuous Improvement
• Support ongoing updates to runbooks as services and operational procedures evolve
What Qualifies You
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, technical documentation, or support environments\
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to organize and structure technical information clearly
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure services
• Familiarity with managed services environments
• Basic understanding of IT service management concepts
