Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
PMP certification highly desirable; Prince2 Foundation certification preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; familiarity with the IT industry, cloud services; knowledge of ISO27001.

Requirements:

Lead internal and external project kick-offs, create and manage project plans and scope, monitor planning, budget, and quality, and coordinate project teams including clients and third parties.
Serve as primary contact for clients and partners; provide regular updates and reports; ensure smooth handover to Client Support.
Maintain accurate process documentation and administration; ensure compliance with ISO standards; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Manage invoicing and financial tracking with suppliers and customer billing; conduct project evaluations and provide after-care and post-installation support.

Job Description:

Project Coordination:
- Lead internal and external project kick-offs
- Create and manage project plans and scope

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as primary contact for clients and partners
