We are currently looking for a EPIC/CERNER Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for EPIC/Cerner implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates.
  • Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT.
  • Proven experience managing EPIC and/or Cerner projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience with project management tools .
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations.
  • Background working with clinical or hospital environments.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US customers.
