Requirements:

  • Plan and schedule course support requirements and coordinate logistics for courseware, labs, exams, and the distribution of joining instructions to students and instructors.
  • Assist with logistics management of courseware, labs, exam vouchers, test prep ordering, and platform support for WebEx/Microsoft Teams events, including attendance tracking, evaluation management, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage vendor platforms for operational tasks, coordinate cost-effective external training venues and travel logistics, and support invoicing/receivables coding.
  • Provide reporting to vendors and customers, and support cross-department initiatives such as budgeting, equipment purchasing, timelines, and certification requirements.

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator at Fast Lane is responsible for the overall logistics of training courses for various product lines within their assigned area. This will involve the coordination and distribution of courseware, labs, training material, virtual meeting invites and email communication with students and instructors as well as help with instructor travel arrangements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a variety of products and services.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Planand schedule course support requirements forvarious types of classes.
  • AssistOperations DeliveryManager withlogisticsmanagementof courseware/lab/exam voucher/test prep ordering and distribution of class joining instructions for students andinstructors.
  • Creation and platform support ofWebEx/Microsoft Teams delivered events
  • Attendance tracking
  • Eval management
  • Student Q&A andtroubleshootingsupport
  • Manage vendor platforms in support of operational tasks and administration.
  • Plan and schedule cost effective external training venues, travel and logistics.
  • Support finance withinvoicingand receivables coding.
  • Follow, maintain and develop processes that proactively manage service level requirementsforall customers and vendors.
  • Provide reporting to vendors and customers as required.
  • Support inter-departmental initiatives such as the implementation of new courses and programs including, but not limited to, budgeting and purchasing of equipment, establishing timelines and certification requirements
