Requirements:

  • Plan and schedule course support requirements and coordinate logistics for classes across multiple product lines, including courseware, labs, and exam vouchers
  • Assist the Operations Delivery Manager with logistics management of course materials, travel arrangements for instructors and students, and distribution of joining instructions
  • Create and support WebEx/Microsoft Teams delivered events, track attendance, manage evaluations, and provide QA/troubleshooting support for students
  • Manage vendor platforms and external training venues, coordinate travel logistics, assist with invoicing/receivables coding, and provide reporting to vendors and customers while supporting process improvements

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator at Fast Lane is responsible for the overall logistics of training courses for various product lines within their assigned area. This will involve the coordination and distribution of courseware, labs, training material, virtual meeting invites and email communication with students and instructors as well as help with instructor travel arrangements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a variety of products and services.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Planand schedule course support requirements forvarious types of classes.
  • AssistOperations DeliveryManager withlogisticsmanagementof courseware/lab/exam voucher/test prep ordering and distribution of class joining instructions for students andinstructors.
  • Creation and platform support ofWebEx/Microsoft Teams delivered events
  • Attendance tracking
  • Eval management
  • Student Q&A andtroubleshootingsupport
  • Manage vendor platforms in support of operational tasks and administration.
  • Plan and schedule cost effective external training venues, travel and logistics.
  • Support finance withinvoicingand receivables coding.
  • Follow, maintain and develop processes that proactively manage service level requirementsforall customers and vendors.
  • Provide reporting to vendors and customers as required.
  • Support inter-departmental initiatives such as the implementation of new courses and programs including, but not limited to, budgeting and purchasing of equipment, establishing timelines and certification requirements
