5+ years of project management experience focusing on Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud or EBS) with a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects
Strong knowledge of Oracle modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement) and ability to define scope and deliverables aligned with business goals
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar); strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; advanced English proficiency (C1) required; experience working for US clients

We are currently looking for a Oracle Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle implementation and enhancement projects (ERP Cloud or EBS).
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate regular status meetings, provide project updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation of changes.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and Oracle implementation methodologies.
Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud or EBS).
Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects successfully.
Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
Experience with project management methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US clients
