About the Role: Senior Business Development

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Part-Time) to support our growth in the Gulf market, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has proven experience in business development or business consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy, Pipeline & Client Leadership

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Gulf market 

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients 

- Conduct market research and identify new leads and partnerships 

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches 

- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets 

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery 

- Report regularly on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Practical experience with CRM systems, MS Office and sales reporting tools; comfortable analyzing data to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Customer-focused, resilient and highly organized—able to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent results under pressure.
  • Experience in coaching or leading more junior team members is desirable.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Previous experience in Business Development, preferably within Business Consulting
  • Saudi nationality is preferred, or Arabs who have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for a long period
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi / Gulf business environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • English Proficiency: Full Professional Proficiency
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
