Job description

Our client, is an industry-leading fitness technology company that uses AI and machine learning to provide personalized workout experiences. With over 350,000 five-star reviews and a passionate global community, they are dedicated to the lifelong pursuit of fitness progress. They are currently seeking a Sr. Finance & Strategy Analyst to become the second hire on their Finance & Operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations.

The Role
This is a hybrid, high-impact position designed for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety. Your time will be split across three core pillars:

  • FP&A & Core Finance (30%): Leading traditional tasks such as budget tracking, variance analysis, and managing relationships with outsourced accounting and tax teams.

  • People Operations (30%): Managing essential systems (Carta, Justworks), overseeing new hire procedures, and benchmarking compensation to ensure the team stays competitive.

  • Strategic Projects (30%): Partnering on corporate development initiatives, including quantifying new product launches, retention strategies, and the rollout of an e-commerce platform.
