Senior Accountant - ACRU

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations and supporting our clients.

This is a high-visibility role with direct client interaction, ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes (Balance Sheet & P&L)

• Manage AR, AP, and cash flow reporting

• Participate in and lead client calls

• Analyze financial data and identify improvement opportunities

• Implement and optimize accounting processes

• Manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all financial deliverables

👥 Team Responsibilities

• Review and supervise work from Staff Accountants

• Provide feedback and support team development

• Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

👤 Profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role

• Strong accounting and financial knowledge

• Experience working directly with clients

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organization and time management

• Strong communication skills and team player mindset

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented

🛠️ Technical Skills

• QuickBooks, NetSuite (preferred)

• Advanced Excel

• Experience with cash flow tools and payment platforms

• Knowledge of payroll, AP, and AR processes
