What You’ll Do
  1. Improve candidate experience: Identify opportunities to improve the hiring journey and contribute to initiatives that enhance candidate touchpoints across communications, interview stages, and candidate resources.

  2. Review and screen candidate applications

  3. Drive sourcing, referral, and outreach initiatives that keep our candidate pipeline strong.

  4. Run interviews, including our group interview called ☕️ Cafe con Viva

  5. Keep our recruiting data and ATS organized

  6. Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improvements in workflows, tools, and automation - brownie points if you love AI and Automation

  7. Collaborate with our People, Sales and Customer Success teams

Who We’re Looking For
