Senior Platform Engineer (Europe or Canada)

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Team to help shape the future of our delivery platform.

Our ideal candidate will be located in Europe or Canada. 

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure with security, scalability, reliability, and profitability in mind

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across environments

• Drive automation and CI/CD improvements to accelerate developer productivity

• Partner with engineering teams on solution architecture and enablement

• Champion best practices in cloud security, monitoring, and performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles

• Strong expertise with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments

• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

• A security-first mindset when designing and operating cloud systems

• Familiarity with solution architecture and enabling development teams through scalable systems

• Familiarity with build tools such as Bazel

• A collaborative, curious, and problem-solving approach — you enjoy working closely with others to unlock better outcomes

What Does Success Look Like in this Role:

Ultimately, success is measured by the seamless deployment of features, high system availability, and the ongoing optimization of our DevOps processes to support the company’s growth and strategic goals.

What You Can Expect from our Interview Process:

1. You will start with an introductory screening interview conducted by one our our People & Culture team members. Here we are looking to make sure you meet the requirements for the role and will align well with our team’s principles and values.

2. You will meet with a member of our technical team for a Technical panel to assess your skills and determine what level you align to in our career path.

3. You will have a conversation with two members of our international team who will be closely aligned with this role. 

4. Last, you will meet with a panel of technical team members and/or leaders within the Product Engineering Team. We will assess your problem solving, collaboration, and architectural knowledge here.
