Requirements:

  • Interact with users in real-time across major social platforms, answering questions and engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
  • Moderate content on behalf of the client, mirroring brand voice and following established guidelines and workflows
  • Stay informed about pharmaceutical/medical topics to respond accurately and escalate when needed
  • Use and adapt to moderation tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social) as required

Job description

Social Factor is looking for a remote, US-based, temporary Social Media Community Moderator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service space

We are hiring from the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Temporary Community Moderator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service 
  • Previous social media moderation experience is required
  • Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging with users on behalf of the client (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills (a moderation & skills assessment will be given for final candidates)
  • Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
  • High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
  • Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
  • Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
  • Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
