The Role:

As a Product Designer at DailyPay, you will join a multidisciplinary squad focused on the backbone of our business: our B2B and platform experiences. While your initial focus will be on building powerful, intuitive tools for the companies and partners we serve, our squad-based structure is designed for growth. You’ll have the opportunity to rotate and contribute to different sections of the business, solving diverse problems across our entire ecosystem.

This role is perfect for a designer who has mastered the fundamentals of UI/UX and is ready to deepen their impact through rigorous research, data-driven iteration, and cross-functional collaboration. You aren’t just a "feature builder"—you are a problem solver who seeks to understand the "why" before the "how." You’ll ensure that every design decision is grounded in a deep understanding of our users' needs and the "so what" behind our B2B strategy.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, offering a mix of focused remote work and high-energy, on-site collaboration.

  • Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Content Design, to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with DailyPay's brand and user experience.

  • Strategic Influence: Work closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps and contribute significantly to project outcomes and business metrics.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Experienced Designer: Have at least 3 years of experience in Product or UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital products, particularly mobile apps.

  • Skilled Communicator: Able to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.

  • Growth-Oriented: Embodying a blend of optimism and humility, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
