We are looking for a Global Founder Sourcing Lead, to join our Founder Strategy & Operations team to identify elite founders and scale our company creation process. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in venture capital and wants to contribute directly to the most critical component, finding exceptional founders. In this role, you’ll support Redesign Health’s continued growth by leading the development and execution of our AI enabled founder sourcing engine. You will work with our New Ventures and AI/Tech team to continuously improve the automation of founder sourcing and coordination, identify key talent pools, execute sourcing campaigns, generate deal flow, and operationalize our integration into the healthcare technology ecosystem.
This position will be based in our Bengaluru. You must be willing to work hours that overlap 5 hours per day with Eastern Standard Time.

Execute our founder sourcing process through targeting and conducting effective outreach to founders who fit our profile.
Own end-to-end execution of referral and nurturing workflows.
Automate workflows and leverage AI to increase our coordination and sourcing workflows.
Identify new pools of founder talent, referral partners, and potential deal sources.
Lead outbound experiments to determine the most effective ways of converting high-potential founders.
Support diligence efforts for later-stage founding teams.
Create external phasing collateral and messaging for our target founders and partners.
Bachelor’s Degree
8-10 years of work experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally in healthcare, technology, or startup sectors.
The ability to develop strong judgment in line with our founder profiles.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Scrappy AI workflow automation capabilities.
Strong content design skills.
Proficiency in English.
