Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals globally. We serve over 2,000 customers—including over 50% of the Fortune 100—across 30+ countries.
At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it’s our people. We are looking for a 100% remote People Operations Analyst to be the strategic anchor of our Brazil hub. This isn't just an admin role—it’s an opportunity to build a world-class "Team Member Experience" while ensuring our operational foundation in Brazil is rock-solid, compliant, and scalable.
The Impact You’ll Have
As our People Ops lead in Brazil, you will own the end-to-end team member lifecycle. You’ll bridge the gap between US-based strategy and Brazilian local reality, ensuring that our operations support both our business goals (EBITDA protection) and our team members' well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Manage the full lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) for our Brazil-based team members, ensuring a seamless, "SaaS-speed" experience.
CLT & Compliance Mastery: Act as the local expert on Brazilian labor laws (CLT). You’ll proactively manage timekeeping audits and ensure we are ahead of the curve on regulations like Law 14.442/22 regarding remote work and stipends.
Benefits Strategy & ROI: Oversee enrollment and vendor management for health and flexible benefit platforms (e.g., Caju, Flash). You’ll look for ways to optimize our benefit spend while maximizing value for team members.
AI-Driven Process Automation: We’re a tech company—manual is the enemy. You’ll leverage AI tools (such as Gemini or ChatGPT) alongside Jira and Google Workspace to automate HR workflows, synthesize complex labor regulations, and draft high-quality multilingual communications. You are expected to continuously identify AI use cases that reduce "administrative drag" and improve operational ROI.
Global Collaboration: Partner with our US-based People Team on recruitment, global training initiatives, and internal communications to ensure a unified "One Quorum" culture.
Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in our HRIS and payroll systems. You’ll provide the data-driven insights that help leadership "peak around the corner" at talent trends.
About You
Experience: 2+ years in HR Operations or a Generalist role, preferably within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
Compliance Ninja: Deep, practical knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and "best-in-class" HR practices across different Brazilian states.
Tech-Forward: You’re a power user of Google Workspace and have experience (or a strong desire to learn) with Jira and HRIS automation.
Communication: You are fluent in Portuguese and English, with the ability to translate complex Brazilian labor concepts for a US-based leadership team.
The "Owner" Mentality: You don't just spot problems; you build the solution. You handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (completed or in progress).
Our Work Environment
We are an AI-forward team—AI is built into how we work, think, and grow.
