Job Title: Regional Marketing Intern (Japan)
Location: Tokyo, Japan | Home Office Japan

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Website & Marketing Support personnel to assist with the localization and translation of web content for the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Japanese and English. Some knowledge of and experience in website localization while ensuring content quality and cultural relevance will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on the existing pages of the Japanese website and build new pages in line with requirements
  • Upload and verify translated content on web platform (Core Media or other CMS experience preferred)
  • Review and edit translated material to ensure accuracy, consistency, and culturally appropriate tone
  • Identify and troubleshoot linguistic or formatting issues on localized pages
  • Assist in QA and testing of localized website
  • Provide support for SEO localization by sharing keyword research translation
  • Coordinate with Marketing team members to meet project timelines
  • Support marketing activities like setting up landing pages, assisting with webinars and information update on online portals
  •  Support offline marketing activities like conferences, tradeshows, sessions hosted at the office etc.

Required Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level fluency in English
  • Ability to translate or localize content at a basic level and interest in developing this further
  • Some level of familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., Core Media, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and interest in building experience in this area
