Middle QA Engineer

At Gamingtec, we’re expanding our QA department and looking for a strong Middle QA Engineer who can bring solid manual and automation testing experience, product mindset, and proactive ownership into our team.

This role has opened due to project growth and increasing quality standards across our products. You’ll be testing complex sportsbook platform, working closely with developers, designers, and product managers. Your main focus will be manual testing of UI/UX, functional and integration flows across web applications.

All you need is:

• 3
  years of commercial experience in manual testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and best practices;
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, plans);
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail (or similar tools);
• Experience in UI/UX testing, cross-browser and cross-platform validation;
• Practical experience with API testing (Postman or similar);
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Willingness to transition from manual to automation testing;
• Ability to analyze which test cases should be automated;
• Understanding of test coverage optimization and regression automation strategy;
• Interest in improving QA processes automation into the team;
• Upper-intermediate level of English — for daily communication with international team members.

Also, it will be great if you have:

● Experience with SQL, Kibana, or GitLab;

● Familiarity with client-server architecture;

● Familiarity with browser dev tools, Browserstack, AndroidStudio, XCode;

● Experience with UI test automation using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, WebDriver.io;

● Experience with any programming language used in automation (JavaScript, TypeScript);

● Experience in iGaming or betting platforms;

Your daily adventures will look like:

● Ensure product quality at all stages — from requirement analysis to release;

● Perform manual, automation regression, exploratory, ad-hoc, and acceptance testing;

● Participate in feature testing on desktop and mobile browsers;

● Maintain and update test documentation;

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, BA, Product) on a daily basis;

● Report bugs clearly and follow through on resolutions;

● Support releases and validate hotfixes if needed.
