As a Healthcare Technical Consulting Associate, you will:
Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of MEDITECH system
Leverage technical expertise to optimize the systems’ functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
Provide guidance and recommendations on system applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years’ MEDITECH systems experience in hospitals and health systems
Must be a MEDITECH Clinical Subject Matter Expert
Experience with build and design in the following clinical areas - PCS/Nursing, OM, ED, Clinical Ambulatory, and SUR
Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
Preferences:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
RN license preferred
MEDITECH certifications preferred
The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
