We currently have an exciting opportunity available to join us as a Sr. Consultant, SAP GRC. This is a remote work, and candidates can be based anywhere in Brazil.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP GRC Consultant to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, ensuring systems and controls remain compliant during Brazilian Tax Reform transformations and other regulatory changes.

This professional will be the Tax Reform compliance lead within GRC, ensuring risks and controls are updated and that knowledge is disseminated across the organization.

English fluency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GRC implementation and enhancement projects.

• Act as the Tax Reform governance lead within GRC, assessing SoD and compliance risks related to new tax processes.

• Update risk matrices and controls in line with Brazilian Tax Reform changes.

• Disseminate compliance and Tax Reform knowledge to business and IT teams.

• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).

• Lead role redesign and authorization reviews during transformation initiatives.

• Support audit requirements and internal control improvements.

• Collaborate with FI, MM, and SD teams during process redesign..

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP GRC experience.

• Strong experience with Access Control implementation.

• Experience in SoD redesign during large transformation programs.

• Knowledge of Brazilian compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting tax-related system changes.

• Advanced English (mandatory).
