We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This is a remote work and can based anywhere in Brazil.
Role Summary
The ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, implements, and supports Rimini Street’s ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, integrations, and core platform services. The role partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and configure and enhance the platform in alignment with established standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure workflows, business rules, forms, and scripts to meet requirements.
Support analysis and definition of functional and technical requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to define solutions and translate business needs into platform designs.
Develop test scripts; support UAT and production deployments.
Configure and administer ServiceNow modules, automation, and integrations.
Conduct code reviews and collaborate on enhancements and projects.
Develop and support ITSM/CSM capabilities (portal, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, catalog).
Maintain platform health, including upgrades and performance tuning.
Promote data integrity and security through sound design and governance.
Provide end-user support and training.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of ServiceNow experience (configuration, design, development, implementation, administration, and support).
Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM) and ITIL/ITSM processes.
Strong communication, documentation, and training skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; strong problem-solving skills.
Education and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
ServiceNow Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
Language
Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
