  • Falar diariamente com candidatos/comunidade
  • Explicar oportunidades e guiá-los durante todo o processo
  • Motivar, acompanhar e fazer follow-up constante
  • Esclarecer dúvidas e gerir expectativas
  • Converter interessados em candidatos ativos
  • Trabalhar com objetivos, KPIs e metas de desempenho
  • Colaborar com a equipa de recrutamento para garantir placements

Procuramos alguém que:

  • Fale Português fluente (C2)
  • Tenha Inglês mínimo B2
  • Seja comunicativo(a), persuasivo(a) e confiante

  • Tenha perfil comercial/vendas

  • Experiência em vendas, customer service, recrutamento ou community management é valorizada
