Description:

CTG is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Lead Consultant to drive global payroll transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on delivering end-to-end Employee Central Payroll solutions.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and configure payroll components (wage types, deductions, schemas)

  • Oversee integrations between ECP and internal/external systems

  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on configuration expertise

  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure compliance across global environments

  • Deliver training and support for business users

Required Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (relevant functional area)

  • 5+ years leading large-scale, global SuccessFactors implementations

  • Strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP Payroll

  • Experience with Employee Central and payroll integrations

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
