And we’re looking for a Expert General Virtual Assistant (for US Law Firm) to start immediately!

Business Overview: The client runs two businesses in Colorado a newly started law firm (a few months old) and a tutoring business for law school admissions test (LSAT) that he's been running for several years. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Store and organize documents, files and spreadsheets to track outreach contacts and follow-ups.
2. Data Entry: prepare lead lists or meeting minutes, transcribe audio recordings, prepare payroll information, and organize research notes.
3. Research and build a spreadsheet of referral sources for the personal injury practice: doctors' offices, chiropractors, and medical-adjacent businesses in United States.
4. Store, update & collect information for marketing and sales campaigns through a contract tracking spreadsheet.
5. Doing research, building contact lists, managing some basic outreach, filtering his phone calls, and handling the kind of admin tasks
6 Gather data on trends and other publicly available information, monitor relevant online platforms and Q&A communities (e.g. Reddit) for LSAT-related questions and flag or share link of relevant threads.
7. Monitor projects, conduct internal communication & organize company data, dealing with business card vendors, Facebook business setup, and similar startup logistics.
8. Coordinate team calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts & ensure clients are on time and prepared for meetings.
9. Setting up phone system (RingCentral)
10. Convey information to incoming calls & make calls for appointments or conduct informational inquiries.( The VA will do triage or filter out sales calls and forward interested leads to sales closer.)
11. Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox as per client preferences, and notify clients about important emails.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
• At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills (tone  should be casual and warm, in line with US professional culture)
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP (RingCentral)
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Ideal candidate is someone with a specific legal or sales background.
 
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package 
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): PHP 45,000 to PHP 49,000 per month with HMO

Assistant Schedule: 9AM - 6PM CST Full-time
