We’re looking for experienced Billing Specialists with expertise in Collections and QuickBooks Online to join our team. 📌 What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. 📘
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting. 💳
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 📊
• Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.). 🧾
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. 🇺🇸
• Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting. 💻
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. 🔍
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. 📈
• Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. 📞

Requirements

✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements. 🧾
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software. 💻📊
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). 📘
• Experience preparing and filing U.S. tax returns and reports. 📄
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 🧠
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken). 🌐
• High attention to detail and accuracy. 🎯
• Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection. 💻📶
• Reside permanently in Latin America. 🌎
