About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Travel Operations Consultant to support and optimize travel planning and booking processes. In this role, you will ensure seamless coordination of travel services while delivering exceptional client experiences behind the scenes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing logistics, systems, and details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel operations including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities
  • Oversee booking accuracy, confirmations, and itinerary management
  • Troubleshoot travel issues and provide timely solutions for clients and advisors
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry standards
  • Assist in improving operational workflows and efficiency
  • Support Travel Advisors with backend logistics and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with travel booking systems or CRM tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or operations is a plus
