Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA | Duration: 3 months | Hybrid/Remote

Seeking for a Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support deliverable processing and approvals/rejections from vendors and deliverables from all other MES vendors impacted by Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI). This role involves maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files, generating status reports, and responding to project inquiries.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Support DDI projects within the Change Management department.
• Process new requests for deliverables, design docs, and ensure timely handling.
• Collaborate with vendors providing modules/products for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
• Handle MES O&M requests and deliverables.
• Work with project teams, management, SMEs, and vendors to align project activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Office for change management work streams.
• Ensure smooth transition and awareness of releases prior to deployment.
• Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities.
• Maintain project documentation and act as a program librarian.
• Participate in all stages of the Project Systems Development Life Cycle.

Must Have Skills:

• 5 years of experience in an IT environment.
• 5 years of experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control.
• 5 years of experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.
• 5 years of experience with data entry and work order processing.
• 5 years of experience in tracking, reporting, controlling processes, and managing workflow.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
