Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Personal Property Transportation Specialist provides expert support for Marine Corps personal property transportation programs, policies, and process improvements. This role supports the Deputy Commandant, Instalations & Logistics (DC I&L) in managing and improving the movement of personal property for Marines, civilian Marines, and their families worldwide. 


This Position is Contingent Upon Award 


Anticipated Start Date: Summer 2026  



Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.

Location: Pentagon / National Capital Region (Hybrid) 

Clearance Required: Active Secret  
 

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10% 


Position Responsibilities: 

  • Develop recommendations for draft personal property transportation policy guidance. 
  • Conduct Distribution Management Office (DMO) Personal Property Site Assist Visits at required installations. 
  • Assist in implementing process improvements for personal property transportation programs. 
  • Perform business case analyses on personal property program topics and provide reports. 
  • Provide reconciliation support for DMO Centrally Billed Accounts to ensure timely payment. 
  • Assist with transportation billing issues related to personal property. 
  • Analyze personal property business processes and develop solutions. 
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. 
  • 6+ years of experience in DWD personal property transportation programs. 
  • Familiarity with the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) and DOW personal property policy. 
  • Experience conducting DMO site assist visits preferred.
