AP Team Lead (EMEA - 3days WFH)

• Lead and develop AP team by providing guidance, training, and monitoring KPIs to drive performance and resolve issues.
  
• Drive process improvements by standardizing AP workflows and eliminating duplication of work.
  
• Oversee vendor master data management, ensuring accuracy, regular reviews, and proper approval of payment terms.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing (PO & non-PO), including proper authorization and expense coding standardization.
  
• Manage payment operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while improving payment cycles and controls.
  
• Support month-end close, intercompany reconciliation, and financial reporting, including audits and key balance sheet reconciliations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
  
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  
• Critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
  
• Prior experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment is an added advantage.
