Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for compliance, customs, and trade preference management.
Configure and support GTS modules, including Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List Screening, Export/Import Control), Customs Management (Import/Export Processing), and Risk Management (Trade Preference Processing, Letter of Credit).
Integrate SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and third-party systems, ensuring alignment with regional and global trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, EU Dual-Use) and providing functional support during testing, go-live, and hyper care phases.

Job description

This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced Senior SAP GTS Consultant to support and enhance global trade compliance processes for our clients. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP GTS functionalities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations while optimizing business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GTS solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for compliance, customs, and trade preference management.
Configure and support GTS modules, including:

Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List Screening, Export/Import Control)
Customs Management (Import/Export Processing)
Risk Management (Trade Preference Processing, Letter of Credit)

Integrate SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and third-party systems.
Ensure alignment with regional and global trade regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, EU Dual-Use).
Provide functional support during testing, go-live, and hyper care phases.
Share knowledge and best practices with project teams and junior members.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of SAP experience, with significant hands-on work in SAP GTS.
Strong functional expertise in GTS configuration and process design.
Practical experience integrating GTS with ERP and external systems.
Sound knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP GTS certification.
Experience with S/4HANA-based GTS projects or migration.
Exposure to multi-country/global SAP implementations.
