Job description

We are hiring an Associate Product Documentation Specialist in BlueCare at BCBST!​

The Associate Product Documentation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring BlueCare Tennessee’s member materials and digital content meet TennCare, NCQA, accessibility, and regulatory standards. This position owns the creation, review, and approval coordination for highly regulated member documents across mail, web, and digital channels. This position is a great fit for someone who is detail‑oriented, compliance‑minded, and comfortable managing high‑volume, deadline‑driven work where accuracy and follow‑through are essential. This role is high‑volume, task‑based work managing hundreds of regulated materials and updates annually.

Success in this role requires skills with regulated or compliance-driven content, strong attention to detail, comfort with deadlines, and familiarity with accessibility or healthcare content. In addition, it is very important for this individual to master CRA timelines and requirements, manage multiple approvals, maintain audit-ready documentation, and balance speed with accuracy.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

  • 3 years - Marketing and/or communications experience required
  • 2 years - Project management, account management or similar experience required
  • Experience in a member/customer-focused position is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Skills\ Certifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in document management systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards preferred
