Job description

BCBST is hiring a Workforce Analytics Consultant, Employee Listening to help deliver and evolve our employee listening strategy through surveys, analytics, and real‑time insights.

In this role, you’ll support end‑to‑end listening efforts—from designing and deploying surveys to managing platforms, analyzing results, and sharing insights that leaders can actually use. You’ll spend much of your time working with data, especially in Excel, using large datasets to check quality, build reports, and surface trends that inform decisions across the organization.

You’ll be a great match if you bring at least three years of experience turning data into insights, particularly in an HR or employee experience context. Experience with survey design and deployment is important, as is comfort configuring and managing listening tools and platforms. If you’ve worked with tools like Microsoft, Perceptyx, or Workday, that’s a plus.

We’re also excited about candidates who enjoy exploring AI‑enabled tools or techniques to improve how quickly and effectively insights are delivered. Because this work involves sensitive employee data, a strong commitment to confidentiality and responsible data stewardship is essential.

This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balances strong execution with big‑picture thinking, and enjoys connecting employee feedback to clear, decision‑ready insights that drive action.
