Location: Remote with travel to client sites as needed. While this is a remote role, if you reside within 25 miles of a DXC office, you will be expected to work onsite at least two days per week

Overview: This role supports the growth and development of the SAP portfolio with a focus on Sovereign Cloud, Public Sector, Defense, and regulated industries. The role is responsible for managing a portion of the SAP product and offering portfolio, supporting go-to-market strategy, enabling compliant SAP workloads, and working across sales, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to build scalable, repeatable offerings aligned with regional regulatory and security requirements.

The role will lead pilots, support solution scaling, and enable regional teams with offerings designed for secure, compliant SAP environments on sovereign infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support the acceleration of portfolio growth by managing a portion of the SAP product and offering portfolio

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies

  • Assist in budget and investment allocation to maximize portfolio ROI and growth

  • Manage and mentor product managers and offering specialists

  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape to support strategic decisions

  • Participate in product and offering improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and market insights

  • Foster collaboration across sales, delivery, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to support product development and market entry

  • Contribute to portfolio evaluation and optimization to ensure alignment with corporate growth objectives

  • Support critical growth in the Public Sector, Defense, and regulated industries by enabling compliant SAP workloads aligned with regional policy and regulatory requirements

  • Lead pilot programs and scale repeatable solutions across regions

  • Support sales enablement and go-to-market activities across regional teams

  • Develop secure by design offerings to support SAP workloads on sovereign or compliant infrastructure

  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and delivery teams to validate offering compliance, security requirements, and operational feasibility

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years in product management, offering management, portfolio management, or related leadership roles

  • Experience working with SAP solutions, cloud platforms, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure environments

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, product or offering development, and market analysis

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, finance, and legal/compliance

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to support go-to-market strategy and product portfolio growth

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with SAP Public Sector, Government, Defense, or regulated industry environments

  • Experience with Sovereign Cloud, secure cloud, or regulated infrastructure environments

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP hosting, SAP cloud, or managed services offerings

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in government or sovereign cloud environments

  • Experience supporting large enterprise outsourcing, managed services, or infrastructure transformation programs

  • Experience working on go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and portfolio or offering development

  • Experience working with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ITAR, GDPR, or regional data residency requirements

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, legal, compliance, and engineering teams

  • SAP Enterprise Architecture certification, AWS, Azure, or cloud/security architecture certifications are a plus

  • Experience leading pilots, scaling solutions, and building repeatable offerings

Work Environment / Eligibility

  • Remote role with travel as needed

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Active Secret clearance or eligibility to become clear

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.
