  • Lead New Business Integration to Consertus post-close, including planning and execution of the integration plan
  • Involvement with Operations Due Diligence during M&A as requested
  • Develop and lead business optimization initiatives (utilization improvement, cross-unit collaboration and revenue sharing, revenue conversion) and assist the COO in annual business plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Business Integration Playbook ( post-close activities)
  • Lead New Business Integration to Consertus, post-close. This will include planning and execution of the integration plan. Close coordination/partnership with other shared services leaders will be needed during integration.
  • Involvement with Operations Due diligence ( as requested) during M&A
  • Develop Business practices (working with COO) for efficient and improving operations
  • Lead Business optimization initiatives ( e.g. Utilization improvement plan, Collaboration and revenue sharing among business units, Revenue conversion etc or others as developed in annual business plans
  • Assist COO in developing annual business plans
  • Other strategic operations initiatives ( as assigned)
