Their platform uses intelligent technology and real-time preference learning to deliver curated home recommendations, allowing users to interact with listings through an intuitive swipe-based interface that becomes more accurate over time.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will connect with prospective customer agents, introduce the company’s services, and schedule qualified video demos for the sales team. This role is designed for someone experienced in outbound sales and lead qualification who is comfortable working within a fast sales cycle and maintaining consistent prospect engagement.
Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to provided leads.
Introduce and explain the company’s marketing services in a clear and professional manner.
Engage potential clients and assess their needs to determine whether they would benefit from the services offered.
Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up with agents who express interest but have not yet booked a demo.
Track conversations and lead progress to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Handle objections effectively while communicating the company’s value proposition.
Participate in daily meetings with the team and other BDRs.
2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills.
Ability to qualify leads and manage outbound conversations effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity.
