Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is a growing proptech company transforming how buyers discover homes through a highly personalized digital experience. Their platform uses intelligent technology and real-time preference learning to deliver curated home recommendations, allowing users to interact with listings through an intuitive swipe-based interface that becomes more accurate over time.

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will connect with prospective customer agents, introduce the company’s services, and schedule qualified video demos for the sales team. This role is designed for someone experienced in outbound sales and lead qualification who is comfortable working within a fast sales cycle and maintaining consistent prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to provided leads.

  • Introduce and explain the company’s marketing services in a clear and professional manner.

  • Engage potential clients and assess their needs to determine whether they would benefit from the services offered.

Lead Qualification & Demo Scheduling

  • Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

  • Follow up with agents who express interest but have not yet booked a demo.

Pipeline Management & Communication

  • Track conversations and lead progress to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

  • Handle objections effectively while communicating the company’s value proposition.

  • Participate in daily meetings with the team and other BDRs.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles.

Skills
