Our client is seeking a creative content professional who can strengthen brand presence through engaging visual storytelling across digital channels. This role supports marketing initiatives by transforming raw content into polished assets that reflect brand identity and connect effectively with target audiences.

The Content Development Specialist will create and develop engaging multimedia content that captures the brand’s voice across social platforms and marketing channels. This role combines video editing, creative asset production, and social content execution, with a strong focus on storytelling and visual consistency.
Transform raw video footage into engaging reels and short-form content for social media platforms.
Develop video content aligned with brand messaging and audience expectations.
Edit videos to ensure quality, tone, pacing, and engagement meet brand standards.
Design flyers and additional marketing materials to support promotional initiatives.
Produce visual assets that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to create creative materials for broader marketing needs.
Publish and schedule content across social media platforms to maintain consistent audience engagement.
Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice through strong visual and narrative execution.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant creative approaches into content output.
Apply storytelling techniques to create emotionally engaging and audience-relevant content.
Maintain consistency with brand identity across all visual and written content.
2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or a related creative role.
Proven ability to transform raw footage into engaging social media content.
Experience producing content designed for digital engagement across multiple platforms.
Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Design experience creating flyers, social media assets, and other promotional materials.
Strong storytelling ability with an understanding of narrative pacing and audience engagement.
Familiarity with social media platform best practices and content publishing workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple creative projects independently.
Engaging short-form video content that drives strong social media interaction.
Consistent visual branding across content and campaign materials.
Well-executed design assets that support marketing initiatives effectively.
Content that reflects strong storytelling and resonates with the intended audience.
