Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a globally recognized, multi-regulated financial brokerage firm that offers online multi-asset and CFD trading across forex, crypto, stocks, commodities, indices, and other global markets, providing traders with advanced platforms, expert insights, and secure trading solutions, and is seeking to onboard a Country/Regional Manager based in SEA (India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, China).

Position: Country/Regional Manager

Work model and location: Remote within SEA (India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, China)

Employment type: Full-time 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the overall market strategy for the SEA region (India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, China)
• Drive client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume growth
• Build, manage, and scale a high-performing IB and affiliate network
• Establish strategic partnerships within trading communities and fintech ecosystems
• Lead local sales and business development initiatives
• Represent the business as the key market ambassador in the SEA region (India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, China).

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

  • Proven experience within FX, CFD, or online trading environments

  • Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in the SEA region (India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, China)

  • Background in roles such as Country Manager, Head of Sales/Business Development, or Senior Affiliate/IB Manager

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations independently

  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, high-ownership environment
