The Customer Service Representative (Remote)is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Handle call center duties, including receiving inquiries from the general public, real estate agents/brokers, and other agencies.
Interface with customers via phone, email, and web-based applications to address queries and resolve issues.
Use computerized systems for tracking, documenting, and troubleshooting customer interactions.
Resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation customer service calls.
Verify account information and investigate customer issues.
Maintain accurate logs and records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with or interface with offshore call center teams as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and adaptability.
Patience in handling customer concerns.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
