The Customer Service Representative (Remote) is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Handle call center duties, including receiving inquiries from the general public, real estate agents/brokers, and other agencies.
  • Interface with customers via phone, email, and web-based applications to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, documenting, and troubleshooting customer interactions.
  • Resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation customer service calls.
  • Verify account information and investigate customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with or interface with offshore call center teams as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Patience in handling customer concerns.
Pay Rate Range:  $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
