The Title Examiner will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine liabilities and the legal condition of property titles and insurability.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures.
  • Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without consistent need for discretion.
  • Communicate with internal and/or external clients and team members using basic communication skills.
  • Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with limited autonomy.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience preparing title commitments and/or title reports within a title insurance or insurance company environment.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Commercial title experience.
Pay Rate Range: $22.37 - $23.07 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
