We have an opening for a
Corporate Development Manager
This position will direct and coordinate activities involving the expansion and development of the programs and services Mountain Pacific offers.  Responsible for planning, development and coordination of new and/or continuing programs.  Will have responsibilities for the identification of opportunities for grants, contracts and business agreements with the goal to increase market share, while ensuring the organization’s customers are satisfied.  Responsible for leading, coordinating and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP’s).  Oversees all aspects of proposal development from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring timelines, content quality, and compliance requirements are met. Develops and uses contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand changes. As a manager this position oversees day-to-day functions and operations ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and execution of the departmental goals and service delivery.
 
The Corporate Development Manager is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in leadership experience and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in Business Management, Corporate Development, Marketing, Business to Business Sales, Grant/Proposal Writing. A bachelor's degree is preferred. The target compensation for this position is $102,000 - $136,000 a year.
