FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: 64,927 - $79,905

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina

What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Financial Planning Senior Analyst to join our Finance team! The primary purpose of the Finance Department is the organization of the fiscal and budgetary operations of the agency. The department is responsible for sound financial planning for the agency and for ensuring compliance with all fiscal policies at the local, state, and federal levels. This position's primary responsibilities include monitoring and reporting for the budgeting and forecasting process for Trillium Health Resources. 


On a typical day, you might:


  • Coordinate the administration of multiple financial functions and/or a major fiscal unit; review and ensure appropriate internal controls over fiscal functions and activities.
  • Monitor and forecast administrative expenditures.
  • Upload budget information to the accounting software for reporting and tracking.
  • Support the development of the annual budget, the strategy and performance management program, and various organization-wide process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor Trillium Health Resources' annual budget and ensure compliance with related regulations, standards, and policies, and approve and monitor the expenditure of funds.

Qualifications


Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years’ experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR
  • Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR 
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. 
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or 5 years’ equivalent experience with financial planning and analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Experience with D365 Financial & Operations
